Our Story

Albert International has a long and proud history of manufacturing medical products. As a family-owned and operated company, we have been producing the world’s finest rotational molded items for over 50 years.

Originally founded in 1948 as the Albert Zerstäuberfabrik (Albert Atomizer Factory) in Germany, Albert was developing and making pump atomizers that are still being used today. Albert is combining the best of its stringent precision, German heritage partnered with ingenuity, and craftsmanship, and is literally the only answer in the western hemisphere when you need the highest-quality soft Sarolit™ inflatables and accessories.

Whether it’s medical products that affect the health of infants or loved ones, top-quality industrial products we manufacture from our wide range of existing molds or custom specialty parts cast from house-crafted molds built by Albert to our customers’ exact specifications, there is no substitute for the end product we provide.

1948

Rudolf Albert I. builds a small manufacturing plant, the Albert Zerstäuberfabrik (Albert Atomizer Factory), to make and distribute perfume bottles with atomizer spray nozzles.

1974

A revolutionary spray nozzle design is invented and patented by Rudolf Albert I. which leads to a buyout of the company and the establishment of a new Albert company, the Albert Hohlkörper GmbH, now focusing on medical devices.

1984

The company’s first overseas distribution center is founded by Rudolf Albert II. in the outskirts of Atlanta, named the Rudolf Albert company.

1988

After a successful start in Atlanta, the US subsidiary is transformed into a manufacturing plant. The rebranded Albert International Inc. opens its door just before the Holidays in Gainesville, GA.

2005

Albert International Inc. increases production and warehouse capabilities and moves to a bigger production plant in the city of
Gainesville, GA.

2015

Further growth and new products, Albert International becomes an independent partner of the Albert Group.
